何もしない、って
なにもしないことじゃなかった。

Doing nothing—
wasn’t really doing nothing.

何かをするつもりだった。
でも、今日はしなかった。
そのまま座って、ただ、風の気配を感じていた。

I had planned to do something.
But today, I didn’t.
I just sat still,
letting the breeze pass through me.

音のない部屋に、
光と時間だけが流れていた。

In the quiet room,
only light and time moved.

目の前の風景は変わらないのに、
時間だけが、やわらかく流れていく。
光が、少しずつかたちを変えていく。
湯気がゆれて、消えていく。

The view stayed the same,
yet time moved gently.
Light shifted its shape,
and steam danced, then disappeared.

そんな瞬間に、ふと気づく。
“わたし”が、すこしずつ還ってきていることに。

And in that moment,
I realized—
a part of me was quietly returning.

心のなかに、誰かの声やタスクや予定が
びっしり詰まっていたあの感じが、
少しずつ静かになっていく。

The crowded voices,
the endless tasks in my mind—
they began to hush.

何かをしないといけない、
何かを生み出さなければ。
——そんな思い込みが、
少しずつ溶けていく時間。

The pressure to do,
to produce,
started to dissolve.

「何もしない時間」は、
実は、とても豊かな時間だった。

Doing nothing,
turned out to be deeply full.

動かなくても、前に進んでいなくても、
わたしは、ここにいる。

Even without moving, without progress,
I was still here.

ただそれだけで、
満ちている。

And that,
was enough.
