退院して、
日常はゆっくりと戻りはじめた。
Since coming home,
life has slowly
begun to return.
朝がきて、
やることがあって、
少しずつ、いつもの流れに戻っていく。
Mornings come,
things to do appear,
and the familiar rhythm
finds its way back.
でも、どこかで
ブレーキをかけている自分がいる。
And yet—
there’s a part of me
that gently holds the brakes.
このまま何も考えずに戻ってしまったら、
また同じ毎日を繰り返してしまう気がして。
Because I’m afraid
that if I slip back in
without thinking,
I’ll end up
living the same way again.
あの夜、
止まるしかなかった時間。
That night,
when everything stopped.
あのとき、
ほどけた感覚。
That quiet moment
when something inside me
softened.
それを、
なかったことにしたくないと思った。
I don’t want to
pretend
that never happened.

だから今は、
あえて少しだけ、
立ち止まっている。
So for now,
I’m allowing myself
to stay here—
just a little longer.
何を変えたいのか。
どう生きたいのか。
What do I want to change?
How do I want to live?
まだ、はっきりとはわからない。
I don’t have the answers yet.
でも、
前と同じではいたくない、
という気持ちだけは、
確かにある。
But I do know this—
I don’t want to go back
to the way things were.
答えを急がなくてもいい。
そう思えるようになったのは、
あの時間があったから。
And maybe,
I don’t need to rush
to figure it all out.
だからもう少しだけ、
このままでいようと思う。
So I’ll stay here
a little while longer,
in this in-between place.
はっきりしないままでも、
少しずつ、
見えてくるものがある気がしている。
Trusting that,
in time,
something will quietly
begin to take shape.
