From the backseat of the taxi heading to the airport,
I looked up at the sky—
a soft shade of dusk
stretching between Seoul’s tall buildings.
At the beginning of the trip,
I was full of excitement—
so many things I wanted to see and do.
But as the end approached,
all I could think was,
“I wish we had just a little more time here.”

A few quiet days with my daughter.
The sweet lattes we sipped at a café,
the laughter we shared on the walk back at night—
all of it lingered gently in my heart.
Maybe years from now,
we’ll look back and say,
“That trip was special, wasn’t it?”
As the end drew near,
every small moment
felt more and more precious.
Looking up at the sky,
I whispered to myself,
“We’ll come back someday.”
